Summary

This study looks at very small premature babies (weighing 2.2 pounds or less) to understand why some develop low blood pressure in their first week of life. Researchers will monitor heart and lung changes in babies with and without low blood pressure. The goal is to learn more about these changes so doctors can better prevent future health problems.
