Summary
This study looks at why people aged 21 to 65 with alcohol use disorder feel motivated to drink. Researchers will use questionnaires and a controlled alcohol infusion to see how reward-seeking, emotions, and thinking skills affect drinking behavior. The goal is to better understand the reasons behind alcohol use, not to test a new treatment.
