Could ultrasound replace CT scans after stroke surgery?

Summary

This study tests whether a special ultrasound can safely and accurately detect bleeding after stroke surgery, potentially replacing the need for CT scans. About 25 adults who had a stroke and surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this ultrasound method is a good alternative to standard CT scans.
