Summary

This study looks at how the upper trapezius muscle changes in oral cancer patients who have had neck dissection and physical therapy. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure muscle size and thickness, and check how well patients can lift their arms. The goal is to see if ultrasound can be a helpful tool to track recovery in this group.
