Summary

This study tests whether pressing on the abdomen with an ultrasound probe can temporarily stop blood flow in the main artery (aorta) in healthy adults aged 18-40. The goal is to see if this technique is effective and tolerable, potentially offering a more accurate way to control severe bleeding in emergencies. Participants will have their abdominal aorta compressed under ultrasound guidance for up to 30 seconds while blood flow is monitored.
