Summary
This early Yale University study is exploring whether applying focused ultrasound waves to the abdomen can help lower high blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. It will involve 30 participants who are already on stable diabetes medication. The main goal is to check if the procedure is safe and to see if it has any effect on blood sugar control.
