Adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) attending the gastroenterology and outpatient clinics at Assiut University Hospital, who will be sequentially screened for early detection of associated spondyloarthritis.

Inclusion Criteria: Adult Aged 18 years old or more Confirmed diagnosis of IBD (by established clinical, endoscopic, and histopathological criteria). Patient provides informed written consent to participate Exclusion Criteria: Known, pre-existing diagnosis of Spondyloarthritis or any other concomitant systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease. Severe secondary osteoarthritis or major joint trauma/surgery mimicking SpA. Cognitive impairment or communication barriers preventing comprehension or completion of questionnaires
