Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a new, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFUP) is safe and helpful for people with severe depression that hasn't improved with standard medications. The treatment aims to target a specific brain area linked to depression. The study is currently suspended after enrolling only one person.
