Summary
This study tests whether a specific ultrasound measurement can reliably detect superficial endometriosis on the uterosacral ligaments. Researchers will compare ultrasound findings with laparoscopic surgery results in 64 women undergoing gynecological surgery. If a clear cutoff thickness is found, it could lead to a non-surgical diagnostic tool.
