Summary

This study is testing whether low-intensity focused ultrasound can help reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans. The treatment uses sound waves to gently stimulate deep brain areas involved in trauma without surgery. Researchers will compare different treatment schedules over one month to see if symptoms and daily functioning improve.
