Revolutionary Low-Radiation cancer scan trial seeks participants
NCT ID NCT07284589
Summary
This study is testing a new type of PET scan that uses much less radiation to detect and monitor neuroendocrine tumors. Researchers want to see if they can reduce the radiation dose by 10 to 100 times while still getting clear images. The trial will enroll 200 people, including both healthy volunteers and those with neuroendocrine tumors, to test this experimental imaging technique.
