First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a special type of radiation (ultra-fraction radiotherapy) before CAR-T cell therapy can safely and effectively treat adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 20 participants who have not responded to at least two prior treatments will receive the radiation followed by CAR-T cells. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve remission at 3 months.
