Summary
This study aims to see if adding specific local Ugandan fruits and vegetables to meals can help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Eight participants will eat five different test meals over five weeks, and researchers will closely monitor their body's response. The goal is to find which local foods might offer the best support for daily diabetes control.
