Can a simple stool test help prevent painful UC Flare-Ups?
NCT ID NCT07402135
Summary
This study is testing if using simple stool tests to guide treatment decisions works better than standard care for keeping ulcerative colitis (UC) under control. It will involve 240 adults with UC who are currently in remission. Researchers will compare how often patients have flare-ups between a group whose treatment is adjusted based on these stool tests and a group receiving usual care.
