Summary

This study tests an injection called UBT251 in 180 adults who are overweight or obese and have chronic kidney disease. The goal is to see if it can reduce protein in the urine (a sign of kidney damage) and help with weight loss over 24 weeks. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they get.
