Summary
This study tested whether a dietary supplement made from essential oils (called Ubiotique) can reduce cough, phlegm, and fatigue in people with respiratory infections. 105 adults visiting the emergency room took either the supplement or a placebo three times a day for ten days. Researchers tracked their symptoms over a week to see if the oils helped them feel better faster.
