First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug ubamatamab, alone or with cemiplimab, can control rare cancers like renal medullary carcinoma and epithelioid sarcoma. About 40 adults with advanced or spreading tumors that lack the SMARCB1 protein will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if the drugs shrink tumors or slow disease growth, while monitoring side effects.
