Summary
This study looked at whether a natural compound called tyrosol, found in olive oil, can improve endurance, strength, and fatigue resistance in healthy adults. It also tested if taking tyrosol together with creatine works better than either alone. Fifty active adults aged 18-50 took part in a 4-week program with exercise tests and supplements.
