NCT ID NCT07023172

First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at how well a new diabetes pill (Proline Plus Empagliflozin) works in everyday medical practice. About 3,000 adults with type 2 diabetes will take the pill, either alone or with other medicines, and doctors will check their blood sugar control after 24 weeks. The goal is to see if more patients can reach healthy blood sugar levels, but this is not a cure—patients will need to continue managing their diabetes long-term.
