Simple drug may prevent bleeding during colonoscopy

Summary
This study tests whether applying tranexamic acid (TXA) directly to the colon during a colonoscopy can reduce bleeding when removing large polyps. About 200 adults who need polyp removal will take part. The goal is to see if this simple step makes the procedure safer.
