Summary

This study tested whether tranexamic acid (TXA), a drug that helps blood clot, can reduce blood loss during breast cosmetic surgery. Sixty women having breast surgery took part. Researchers measured blood loss and checked blood markers before and after surgery to see if TXA helped control bleeding.
