Summary
This study tested whether a medication called tranexamic acid (TXA) reduces blood loss during cosmetic breast surgery. Researchers compared blood loss in 60 women who received either TXA or a placebo before their procedure. The goal was to see if TXA helps control bleeding and improves safety for patients.
