Summary

This study tests if a drug called tranexamic acid (TXA) can reduce blood loss during brain tumor surgery. About 102 adults having a craniotomy will receive either TXA or a placebo. Researchers will measure blood loss and check for bleeding-related complications within 30 days after surgery.
