Two-Shot radiation trial aims to zap prostate cancer faster
NCT ID NCT05864196
Summary
This study is testing a new, shorter radiation schedule for men with low to intermediate risk prostate cancer. Instead of many weeks of treatment, patients receive just two high-dose radiation sessions, with an extra boost to the main tumor. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible, while also checking if it controls the cancer effectively.
