Double the probes, double the protection? new hope for cervical cancer prevention in High-Risk women

NCT ID NCT07390916

Summary

This study is testing if using two heat probes instead of one is a better way to treat early cervical changes and prevent cancer in women living with HIV. It will involve 300 women in Rwanda who have tested positive for HPV or a visual exam. The main goal is to see if the two-probe method is safe, acceptable, and more effective at clearing the HPV virus after six months.
