Summary

This study looks at how surgeons enter the uterus during laser surgery for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. It aims to see if different entry techniques affect the chance of the membrane separating from the uterine wall. About 216 pregnant women between 16 and 26 weeks will take part. The goal is to find the safest approach to improve outcomes for twins.
