Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection given just twice a year can prevent HIV infection as effectively as daily pills. Researchers are comparing the injection (lenacapavir) to the standard daily pill (Truvada) in people at increased risk of getting HIV. The study will track how well people stick with each method, monitor safety, and see how the injection moves through the body over one year.
