First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests an injection called TVAX-008 for people with chronic hepatitis B. About 630 adults who have been on antiviral therapy for at least 6 months will receive either TVAX-008, a placebo, or an active comparator. The goal is to see if the treatment can clear hepatitis B surface antigen and lower virus levels in the blood.
