Summary
This phase 2 trial tests the drug tuvusertib in 56 adults with recurrent IDH-mutant astrocytoma, a type of brain tumor. Participants take tuvusertib daily for two weeks, then one week off. The main goal is to see if the drug can improve the number of patients whose cancer does not worsen after six months. The study includes two groups: those who cannot have surgery and those who can.
