First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study will test whether tutoring can help 1,000 adolescents in rural Côte d'Ivoire do better in school and stay enrolled. About 500 current Grade 10 students at risk of failing a national exam and 500 teens who have dropped out will be randomly assigned to peer tutoring, teacher tutoring, or no tutoring. The goal is to see if tutoring improves exam pass rates and school enrollment.
