First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a special exercise program called TURN-IT designed to improve how people with Parkinson's disease turn, which is a common cause of falls. About 55 participants with Parkinson's and a history of falls will either do the 6-week program or continue as usual. The goal is to see if the program improves turning quality and reduces fear of falling, and to gather data for a larger future study.
