Summary
This study is comparing two different ways of giving progesterone hormone to teenage girls with Turner Syndrome who are already on estrogen therapy. Researchers want to see if taking progesterone in a continuous daily schedule or in a sequential monthly schedule leads to better, more manageable periods and less menstrual distress. The goal is to help improve quality of life by finding the most effective hormone management plan.
