This study will translate the Pain Metacognitions Questionnaire into Turkish and check if it is a reliable tool for adults with chronic non-cancer pain. About 210 participants who have had pain for at least three months will fill out surveys once. The goal is to provide a valid way to measure pain-related thoughts, which can help improve future pain management and research.
