This study aims to see if a short, 4-question Turkish version of the Pain Anxiety Symptom Scale is a reliable and valid tool for measuring pain-related anxiety. Researchers will enroll 350 adults aged 18-65 who have had chronic pain for at least 3 months. Participants will fill out questionnaires to help determine how well the new scale works.
