Summary
This study aims to see if a Turkish version of the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES-8) is a valid and reliable tool for adults aged 65 and older who have mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers will ask 100 participants to fill out the scale along with other questionnaires. The goal is to better understand how to measure enjoyment of physical activity in this group, which can help promote exercise and well-being.
