Summary
This study set up a platform to deeply analyze tumors from 116 people with advanced melanoma. Researchers collected tumor biopsies, blood, and stool samples to create detailed molecular reports. The goal was to find new patterns in tumor biology that could help doctors choose better treatments in the future. No new treatment was tested; instead, the focus was on building and testing the profiling system.
