Summary
This study tests whether Tui Jing therapy, a deep form of Gua Sha, can help ease depression symptoms. Researchers will compare the real therapy to a fake ultrasound treatment in 64 adults with depression. They will measure changes in mood, sleep, and brain activity over one month.
