First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how the drug tucatinib enters and works in HER2+ cancers that have spread to the brain. Nine adults with breast, lung, or other cancers will take tucatinib before brain surgery.
