Summary

This study tests a small, home-use device that sends mild electrical pulses to a nerve in the leg (tTNS) to improve bladder control in 20 children with spina bifida who have neurogenic bladder. Half the kids will use the real device, half a sham device, for 30 minutes daily, 5 days a week, over 4 weeks.
