Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, TT5, to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. About 94 healthy adults and people recovering from surgery will receive either TT5 or a placebo. The goal is to find the right dose and check for side effects, with the hope of developing a new option for pain relief.
