Summary
This study tests a new drug called TST001, an antibody that targets a protein (CLDN18.2) found on some cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors, including stomach, gastroesophageal junction, and pancreatic cancers. The trial aims to find safe doses and see how well TST001 works alone or with other treatments like nivolumab or chemotherapy.
