Supercharged donor cells aim to prevent cancer relapse after transplant

NCT ID NCT05473910

First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether specially engineered donor immune cells (TSC-100 or TSC-101) can safely reduce the risk of cancer returning in adults with acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, or acute lymphoblastic leukemia after a stem cell transplant. About 75 participants will receive either the engineered cells or standard care. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment improves how long people stay cancer-free.
