New MS therapy enters human testing

NCT ID NCT07477639

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new therapy called TRX319 in adults with progressive forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe, find the best dose, and see if a pre-treatment step is helpful. About 39 participants will be monitored for up to a year with blood tests, MRI scans, and assessments to see how the treatment affects their MS.
