Summary

This early-stage trial tests TRX319, a cell therapy, in 39 adults with primary or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, with or without a pre-treatment called Bendamustine. Participants will receive up to three infusions over a year and undergo blood tests, MRI scans, and lumbar punctures to monitor effects.
