NCT ID NCT07398092

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week TRX suspension training program could improve physical fitness, walking ability, and blood markers related to inflammation and muscle growth in older men with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). 36 men aged 65+ were randomly assigned to either TRX training three times a week or their usual routine. The goal was to see if this type of exercise is a safe and effective way to improve muscle strength, balance, and overall function.
