Which exercise helps stroke survivors regain balance faster?

Summary
This study compares two exercise programs for people who have had a stroke: trunk training exercises and lateral truncal tilt balance training. The goal is to see which one better improves trunk control, balance, and the ability to perform daily activities. The study will include 44 adults aged 40-75 who had a stroke 6 months to 1.5 years ago and can walk 10 meters independently. Participants will be assessed using standard balance and mobility tests.
