First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called TRPTI (oleoylethanolamide) can improve gut health and metabolism in healthy adults. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers and gut bacteria over 8 weeks. 90 healthy adults aged 18+ with a BMI between 18.5 and 29.9 will take either TRPTI or a placebo daily. The goal is to see if TRPTI can reduce a substance linked to insulin resistance.
