Researchers will measure changes in blood markers and gut bacteria over 8 weeks. 90 healthy adults aged 18+ with a BMI between 18.5 and 29.9 will take either TRPTI or a placebo daily. The goal is to see if TRPTI can reduce a substance linked to insulin resistance.
