First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a focused ultrasound treatment to standard hormone therapy and chemotherapy can better control advanced prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The trial will enroll 116 men with high-tumor-burden metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. The goal is to see how long it takes for PSA levels to rise again, indicating the cancer is progressing.
