Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have not had treatment before. Instead of chemotherapy, patients receive two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and fianlimab) before radiation. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors, as seen on PET scans. About 76 adults will take part.
