Real-World study checks if immunotherapy works for advanced lung cancer patients

Summary
This study looks at how well the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab works as the first treatment for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has high PD-L1 levels (50% or more) and no targetable gene changes. Researchers will track 150 patients in Türkiye to see how long they live and how long the cancer stays under control during routine care. The goal is to understand if atezolizumab performs as well in everyday practice as it does in clinical trials.
