Summary

This study looks at a simple blood test called the triglycerides glucose index in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if this index is linked to long-term complications like eye, kidney, or nerve damage. About 200 adults aged 18 to 65 will be followed over time. The goal is to better understand how this index might help predict diabetes-related health problems.
